Join Yardstick for free henna tattooing on First Friday, December 2, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m!
Artist Eva Armbruster will be offering free small henna tattoos. Henna is a plant-based dye that safely stains the skin for one to two weeks. Participants will choose from preselected designs that range from Indian wedding traditions to book and holiday themes.
Eva Armbruster has been an artist from a very young age. While attending Gibraltar High School she interned in costume design at Peninsula Players. Under the guidance of Castle Art and Import Fish Creek, she cultivated her henna skills. She recently attended Polar Sling, a henna conference in Minneapolis. You can find her at Castle Arts in the summer doing custom henna.
